Kaizen Training is dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes—both on and off the court. Led by Coach Marlon Bailey, our basketball fitness program serves boys and girls in grades 3–8 throughout the Greater Seattle area.

With a name inspired by the Japanese principle of Kaizen—meaning “continuous improvement”—our mission is to help young athletes build their skills, strength, and confidence through focused, consistent training. Coach Bailey combines basketball fundamentals with targeted fitness conditioning, ensuring players improve their agility, endurance, coordination, and game IQ.
